Official Warranty and Crash Replacement Service
Now all Origine helmet comes with 1-year official warranty against manufacturing defaults and Crash Replacement Service for peace of mind.
What is Crash Replacement Service?
Crash Replacement Service offers a new helmet at a discounted price if your helmet gets damaged due to a road traffic accident and becomes unusable. If your helmet is damaged due to an accident, you can get a new helmet by only paying 20% of the retail price. This service can be availed only once during the official warranty period of 1 year.
How to avail the Crash Replacement Service?
- If you face an accident and your Origine helmet becomes unusable due to physical damage, please contact Speedoz Limited within 15 days of the incident with your product’s warranty/insurance card.
- Submit your damaged helmet to Speedoz Limited, a written statement describing the accident, and a copy of your driving license for verification.
- You will be contacted by Speedoz within 3 working days if your helmet becomes eligible for replacement. Afterward, you can take a new helmet from Speedoz by paying only 20% of the retail price of the helmet.

Terms and Conditions:
- This offer is valid from 13th August 2022 until further notice from Speedoz Limited.
- Customers who purchase the helmets (i.e., any Origine helmets) from Speedoz Ltd. showrooms or any approved dealers of Speedoz Ltd. (including e-commerce sales) shall get insurance coverage, official warranty, and crash replacement service for 1 year from the date of purchase.
- The insurance coverage and crash replacement are provided by Bimafy (bimafy.com) in partnership with listed life and non-life insurance companies of Bangladesh and apply to standard insurance-related terms and conditions.
- Coverage for Accidental Hospitalizations/Emergency Treatments and COVID-19 are applicable for the helmet purchaser only.
- After purchasing the helmet, you must activate the warranty, crash replacement, and insurance coverage. Please visit https://bimafy.com/enrollments/speedoz for registration and activation of warranty and insurance by providing your details. You can also follow the instructions on the warranty/insurance card inside the helmet box.
- Insurance coverage duration is 365 days from the date of helmet purchase.
