COVERAGE DETAILS:
- Up to BDT. 50,000 total yearly coverage for Accidental Hospitalizations/Emergency Treatments as per the following:

Terms and Conditions:
- This offer is valid from 25th March 2021 until further notice from Aziz Auto/Lazer Helmets Bangladesh.
- Customers who purchase the Lazer Helmets from Aziz Auto or any approved dealers of Aziz Auto (including e-commerce sales) shall get free insurance coverage.
- The insurance coverage is provided by Bimafy in collaboration with listed insurance companies of Bangladesh and is applicable to standard insurance-related terms and conditions.
- Coverage for Accidental Hospitalizations/Emergency Treatments and Accidental Death shall be applicable for the purchaser of the helmet only.
- The customer must register for the free insurance coverage at Bimafy after buying the helmet. Please visit https://bimafy.com/enrollments/lazer after purchasing the helmet to register for the free insurance coverage. You may scan the QR code on the insurance sticker as well to visit the enrollment link.
- Coverage duration is 365 days for all categories. Insurance coverage shall start from the date of the helmet purchase. You must provide the insurance activation code and other information while registering for the free insurance coverage.
